David explained options for service & protection. I selected my package. Rooms were cleaned & protection applied. David was very knowledgeable on all aspects of his duties and did a beautiful job.

Excellent! David and Marco arrived on time and did not leave until they were sure we were happy with the results which we were. They moved all the furniture and bless their hearts, even dusted the baseboards behind things. All the ripples in the carpet are gone and the carpet looks like new. We would recommend this company for carpet care; they are excellent.

Absolute Carpet Care was awesome! The crew arrived on time and performed the necessary cleaning and protective sealant of the carpeted rooms in my home. The entire process from start to finish took about 1-2 hours. The crew was friendly and professional. In addition, precautions were taken to ensure that all flooring were properly covered. Every few months, I need to have the carpeting spot cleaned because I have elderly dogs with health issues. The Absolute crews are wonderful -- friendly, polite, efficient, and nearly always "like" the dogs. Absolute has done full cleaning, deodorizing, and protecting on the whole house several times. Now when they come for spot cleaning, it's fast and very affordable. I cannot say enough good things about them and their service.

From start to finish, Absolute Carpet Care was courteous, professional and proficient. Scheduling was easy. The technicians arrived within the window of time I was given and called about 20 minutes prior to arrival. When I scheduled I was given information to prepare for the cleaning, ie--remove items from any furniture to be moved, secure my dog, etc. The technicians assessed the job and told me exactly what they were going to do..vacuum, treat, clean, etc. They explained the entire process including how long the carpet would take to completely dry. They provided a folder with information when they were finished. This carpet was just 3 years old but looking so dingy in spite of my twice weekly vacuuming.. Absolute Carpet Care made it look...and feel...brand new! We are very pleased with their service and will definitely use them again.

I am very pleased with the overall professionalism of this company. They were responsive to my email request for pricing and the representative listened and was very friendly and helpful. She was able to provide service on the day I needed. They called 30 minutes before the arrival of the technicians. I had Wilbur and DJ and they were friendly, worked quickly and with little disruption to our afternoon. The stairs look wonderful and I will not only use this company again, but will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

The service was excellent! The technicians were on-time and listened carefully to my explanation of the work I wanted performed. They clearly presented three different service levels (at different price paints), but there were no high-pressure sales tactics. The technicians were efficient and cleaned up nicely when they were done. Best of all, my 10+ - year – old carpets looked nearly new!

Everything went perfectly! I called to schedule the service and the representative was helpful, professional, and friendly. We got the service scheduled easily and they sent a lengthy e-mail explaining how to prepare and what the after-cleaning process would be (drying time, etc.). The technicians arrived on time (yay!) - they were also exceedingly professional and friendly. They took a look at the areas I needed cleaned and pulled together an estimate for me, clearly explaining my options in regards to protectant, warranties, etc. They even informed me of a discount available to me as a first time customer that I had forgotten to ask about, which was really nice. I approved the estimate and they got to work right there and then. It took a little while, but they got all the spots out, the carpet and sectional look great, and they were clearly very careful with my furniture as they moved it around to clean everywhere. They clearly reviewed the drying time and do's and dont'ts; and even left me a little kit with carpet cleaner and the little protective booties to wear if I needed to walk on the carpet before it was dry. All in all an excellent experience; I'll definitely reach out to them the next time I need my carpet or upholstery cleaned!!

Wilber and another technician arrived promptly and completed the upholstery cleaning on time, with minimal disruption. The furniture has literally been restored to like new condition. I can highly recommend this team.

I had this company do a deep cleaning on my couch and remove a stain that one of my kids put there. I called a few companies to get prices and found their prices to be the same or slightly less than others. I decided to go with them based on the positive reviews. They were a little bit vague on the exact pricing and said it depends on the type of stain to be removed and the technician would determine the final price once they look at it. I've dealt with carpet and upholstery cleaners before and they all play games with the pricing to try to get you to pay more once they're in your house. When the technician arrived, the price became around $30 more than what I was told over the phone, but I was able to negotiate them back down to the price I was quoted. For anyone who has to deal with carpet or upholstery cleaners, make sure to be firm on your price and don't let them talk you into charging more. Once we agreed on the price, they did a very thorough job on the cleaning and spent a lot of time getting the entire carpet very clean. They got the stain out and all the lingering smells that have been in there from my dogs and various unwashed house guests. I am very satisfied with the results.

They're great. It was a lot less than what they quoted me once they got out here and saw what I had. I was willing to pay whatever they quoted me because I had a sick dog and it just went all over the carpets everywhere in the house and my rugs. They came out and cleaned them. It was fantastic. I've used them twice. They are just fantastic people. The technicians are real nice.

I called Absolute after an unfortunate experience with another well-established carpet cleaning company that does a lot of expensive advertising but does not do estimates until their equipment is in your house and you are faced with a take-it-or-leave-it decision. Fortunately, Absolute was a very pleasant change. They first sent over a 20-year veteran to estimate steam cleaning off-white carpeting on stairs and high traffic areas, as well as cleaning very grungy white tile floors and shower surrounds in two large bathrooms. Two very nice technicians did a superb job on both counts and I was more than satisfied with their work. On the customer service side, the office followed up with a cordial phone call asking for my evaluation and also sent a discount coupon for my next job. I will definitely not hesitate to call them to come back.

ACC set a date and time explained process emailed instructions. Servicemen called before hand, and explained options. They cleaned the carpet and rugs beautifully.

This is my 3rd carpet cleaning by Absolute in 5 years. They are so good. The people who schedule the jobs are very friendly. They offer some advanced services that are too expensive for this cheap carpet. They are sensitive to budget concerns and have special deals you can take advantage of. I especially like that they leave you with a bottle of extremely effective spot remover, and some nice plastic booties to use while the carpet is drying. The rugs look great.
