They did the best job! As far as the stain protection is great, they come back out and take care of them as needed.

They were absolutely awesome. I was impressed and let me tell you, it takes a lot to impress me. I have recommended them to at least two other people. I think the cost is a little more then the average bear but it was worth it to me. They sent at least two technicians, they covered the wood floors. They did a really good job on the carpet. It was very clean when they were done and that isnt always the case.

My 18-year-old carpet still looks almost new, thanks to the regular work done by Absolute technicians. I also appreciate their use of substances that do not trigger allergic reactions, such as fragrance. They are always on time, work hard and do a great job. I have a lot of carpet to clean and they manage it in half a day.

I wasn't here at the time, my wife took that one. I like that they did a walk through, priced everything out before that. It was a good estimate, what they had quoted. It was a good experience.

Fabulous as usual. The service is not cheap, but it is worth every penny. We have three big dogs who, despite our best efforts, bring in dirt and drool on everything. Absolute got the stains out of our nearly 20-year old carpeting and left with the carpet looking fresh and smelling clean. The technicians were polite and thorough. In the past, if I have not liked something or stains were not cleaned, Absolute has sent a technician to try to correct the problem. They are honest and will tell you when a stain cannot be removed. I have been a customer for 17 years and am always happy with their work.

I'm 64 yes old and seen plenty of upsales in my day on all projects. I use the list to avoid this scam. I spoke with Jason and gave him the measurements of the 2 rooms. They had a coupon for 1room up to to 114 square foot free.off that info I was quoted $171. For both rooms after discount. Good! Putting the carpet on the tack strip he said they wouldn't phone quote.I told him I would get someone else and told him I've seen this done many times and not brain surgery. Maybe it's 1hours work.how much could you possibly charge $25 or $50 per hour.he said maybe a $100 they have to see it.I said OK assuming somewhere between 50&100 for the carpet repair let's get it done Great he had his guys here today.I feel bad for those guys because the first thing they have to do is start up selling.They have four plans and now my cleaning was going to be $583.What total joke I guess some idiots pay it.FYI I'm not cheap I live in a very upscale area. So then the carpet repair goes to $383.At that point I had them call shop and of course Jason was not in.lol I expected that.The lady I spoke with said my measurements where off and now the price was $221 to clean. I left them clean only because we moved furniture and I'll just get someone else to kick carpet onto tack strip. I told the lady I would put an unfavorable review on the list and said didn't care.So here it is beware and get someone else to clean your. No I don't want any money back.I paid them when done. Nelson G came on 30 Nov to assess job. Gave us helpful info & product sample for future spits. Set up cleaning appointment. Next day, will & add way came on time and did a pre-clean & then water-extraction cleaning. Super job!

All went well, with a special bonus. We've used them several times before and have always been pleased. This time they find a lost valuable earring that my daughter had lost, and they left it prominently for us to find. They are clean and quick, and do a good job; and the staff (this time Adonay and Rapaeh) were very competent and professional.
