They had to come back and retreat some areas but I was happy in the end. It was kind of an annoyance. In the end I was satisfied but it would have been nice if it was done the first time. They are very thorough and responsive. They could improve their service by being really careful and conscientious the first time around. They are expensive but they do very good work. You kind of get what you pay for.

I thought the price to clean the sectional was fairly expensive.

All fine but some of the stains didn't come out. I think they could have tried a little harder on a couple of them to get the carpet cleaner, but overall OK.

They over charged for a enzyme cleaning of one spot cost over $200 dollars and was given wrong information on what the procedure they were doing. I thought they were replacing the padding and treating the area thus $200 for a small spot seemed reasonable. However, all they did was a enzyme cleaning that didn't take away the smell. It actually made it worse.Additionally, I asked that the discuss all issues and information, repeatedly with me the owner and not the tenants. Time after time even in person or speaking with the tenants on phone they gave out information that was requested to discuss with the OWNER ONLY. There was never anytime of offer of compensation due to the misinformation or discussing issues with tenants instead of owner. I thought maybe they would offer to try and clean it again free of charge due to the horrible customer service. I even spoke directly with MIKE one of the owners of the company and discussed having their company possible replace the carpet and never was an offer to install at a discounted rate if we used them again due to the horrible service. Though, in good faith, I wouldn't use them anyway. HORRIBLE COMPANY DON'T USE. They will just rake you over the coals for $. They didn't even really seem to care that they dropped the ball.

Lower level work turned out great. Bedroom and hallway were a disappointment. They looked no different than before they were "cleaned". I feel they could have spot treated and the work would have been more satisfactory

Terrific! The tape residue was gone within 40 minutes, and they even cleaned our entire room for us. I was very pleasantly surprised! This is a very professional company with great customer service and a very nice dispatcher who calls when they are on the way. Will definitely use again, and highly recommend.

Ok, took a long time to dry. Carpet had to be restretched.

Customer service was great from my first phone call. Everything explained well. The techs did a great job of moving furniture to get the whole carpet cleaned and then putting something under each leg of furniture so the wet carpet wouldn't stain from the furniture on it. They spent a lot of time and did a great job--even got some dark brown stains out of the carpet.

I like that they assessed the work and gave me a price to let me decide if I wanted to work performed.

Everything is as done on time with little disruption to our day. The men were professional and courteous. The kitchen and mud room tile look brand new!

I have been using Absolute for many years. They are always on time, do a great job and have the best price.

The technicians arrived on time and spoke very good English so it was easy to communicate with them, as to what services they would be doing. They performed all the services we discussed in a very timely manner and cleaned up any water that had spilled onto the floor. They completed the job in the time frame allotted and did an excellent job. My carpets look fabulous!

Date of Service: February 1, 2017 Technicians: David Guadron & Juan David and Juan cleaned carpet in approximately three rooms, steam cleaned tile in the master bath, and sealed grout on the master bath floor tile. I did not know how important it was to clean up excess grout sealer within a day, and the sealer adhered particularly well to my tile, which then looked very messy. I tried to remove the excess sealer myself, and found it extremely difficult. I called and asked them for help, and they came out again at no charge. They first tried steam cleaning the tile to get the excess sealer off, but that didn’t work. They tried another product, which also didn’t work. Then David called his manager, who researched the issue, and found that the grout sealer was a solvent for itself. David and Juan put an additional hour or so into the project, working with the grout sealer, and that was the solution. They missed a few spots because it was dark enough by then that he couldn’t see all of the trouble areas. But I now had the answer, and was able to clean up the rest fairly easily. I greatly appreciated them coming back at no additional charge, to solve the problem.
