Description of Work: They were able to schedule an appointment very quickly as I was under some time pressure to get it done. The team arrived early to clean the basement carpet and an extra room. They provided a clear understanding of the process and the time it would take. They provided me a pricing of some additional options, that I chose not to take, but they did not try to pressure me for the up sell, which I appreciated. They were in and out with no issues and the price was very competitive. They honored the Angie's list coupon. I would highly recommend their services. I also asked them to quote me to clean the tile grout in the kitchen. After looking at the grout, the technician noted that the grout was is fairly bad shape and they could clean it, but it would have to be replaced at some point in the near future. Again a sign of telling me my options and not trying to sell me something i didn't need done. Thanks for a great Job!

Description of Work: All the carpet of my three level town home was cleaned after not having it cleaned in 18 months. Not only was my carpet dirty, but it also had numerous stains from my sick dog. Not only did they get all of the new stains out, but they also removed stains that the other carpet cleaning company was not able to fully remove. I was very pleased!

Description of Work: The appointment process was very efficient until the day before the service, when I was given a new range of arrival time. This turned out to be erroneous but I did not know it until I had wrecked my schedule. The company did its best to accommodate my revised schedule. Although when I made the call I said I was referred by another customer and had reviewed them on Angie's list I was not offered any discounts. The areas cleaned were a large MBR suite less the area where a 12x16 rug was installed, and approx 17 stairs. There was no requirement to move large furniture. The people who performed the service seemed first rate -- efficient, polite, neat and fast -- and the carpet looks good. I will probably use them again.

Description of Work: They did a wonderful job cleaning our 9 year old wall to wall carpeting in the rec room, dining room, and kitchen. The carpets looked almost new. The carpets had been cleaned twice before by others but never looked this good. We highly recommend Absolute Carpet Care!

Description of Work: Cleaned several large areas and spot cleaned small areas I did not remember while on the phone with Jason. Everyone was very professional and accommodating. Offered to move all furniture, the results are beautiful. Have cleaned my orientals in their facility with equally fine results. Much better than the oriental "experts" we had used previously. Would highly recommend!

Description of Work: I called and someone came to my house the next day, looked at my carpets, measured every room and provided me an estimate. I then confirmed getting half of the house done and they came out (2 individuals) two days later and cleaned my carpets, talked to me about the products and actually took their time cleaning them not a rush job as I have had in the past from another company. It was nice the main office contacted me to let me know they two young men will be at my house in 30 minutes and actually provided me their names ahead of time - that was really nice and different. The carpets look fabulous! I will get the rest of my house done. A couple days later they contacted me (left a voice mail) checking to see if I was satisfied with their service.

Description of Work: I had a rug with pet urine smell cleaned and it is as good as new. Also had a large oriental we purchased in Hong Kong cleaned and they did a nice job. Also, the carpeting in my upstairs (3 bedrooms, stairs & a hallway) which were all done well.
