Description of Work: They were rude and performing work above the license limit. They do not |carry insurance, The foreman makes deals he threatened me and yelled at me in my own house. I had to pay to have the work redone and it cost me an additional 4000 dollars. They had framed the basement. My new contactor had to rip out the work and it was not up to code. They do not firestop and they don't get permits. I had to fire him. I turned them into the Virginia licensing board.

 + -1 morethey took care of all the permits, and getting approval from my hoa and neighbors. all i had to do was pay. i found them from a sign in my neighborhood. looked them up on Angies List found a coupon, they accepted it even after i signed the contract. It shows you should check first

 + -1 moreI purchased a home in the Celebrate development which has various HOA mandated rules and regulations to abide by when making any change to the exterior of your home. Adding a deck was an obvious thing to do. I got estimates from three firms and Dreambuilders was a no-brainer choice--they have built virtually every deck/patio along my street and all four in my building. Their familiarity with dealing with the HOA ensured that they had the most realistic proposal and and the best handle on costs. Work was completed as promised and we were able to work a modification to the plan to account for an unexpectedly steep slope behind the house. Highly recommended.
