Lot Scapes

Description of Work: They cleared approximately 7 acres of extremely heavy brush. They were extremely professional and completed the work on time and I was extremely pleased with their work and professionalism. I would highly recommend.

Description of Work: They cut down 16 tall dead pine trees and hauled them into woods. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Gave me free estimate. Cleaned up. Offered additional services that I couldn't afford right now but explained how I could stage services and mulch trees later and landscape.

Description of Work: I hired Lot Scapes owned by Mark and Candy Eubank to do substantial land clearing for me on my nearly 15 acres. The scope of the work included cutting/clearing a path and extending my driveway in a heavily wooded area and giving me access to my building site, which they also cleared. I interviewed and got several other estimates from land clearing contractors before I had even heard of Lot Scapes, whom I met at the State Fair of Virginia. They were extremely knowledgeable and was the only company that directly addressed my concerns about "the finished product" - what my land would look like afterwards. Due to some of the land characteristics, there were (at least in my mind) some special challenges to consider, yet their experience shined through and I have been totally pleased. They excelled in completing this project in a timely fashion and for less than any of the other estimates - PLUS, I could not be more pleased with the clean up and how everything looks! WOW. Too often my experience has been a lack of communication with knowing what is going on with a contractor and status of work, etc, but Lot Scapes did a wonderful job of keeping me informed regularly, which I really appreciated. I have since recommended Lot Scapes to a friend who hired them and they likewise are very happy, not only with their work but the pricing.
