Dealing with him was worse than the fire itself. He lies, the work is shoddy and he doesn’t stand behind the work, nor does he even attempt to make it right!

Eddie is a consummate professional whose customer service is second to known! Although my projects were very small in scope, he graciously provided his expert recommendations. I will most definitely call him when I have a need for construction services.

It was very good. I highly recommend them. They were very extremely competent. The communication with the owner was daily; He returned calls and emails quickly. They finished the work before the schedule.

We are getting ready to have him do another small addition to our house. The larger one he did was a big family room, and the small one he is going to do is just extending a utility room we have. We had a three or four page contract listing everything that was to be done; to the type of framing, the roof, the wiring, the accessories like ceiling fans, everything. So he had his own group of people to come and did the footing, the foundation, the framing, the brick work, the bathroom, and things like that. He did a full bathroom and also put in an air conditioning system in the back of our house. We have already signed a contract for the new addition as well. Price was not the only consideration for us; we wanted somebody that had the experience. And he was able to actually have us come to a site not too far from our house where he was doing another extensive renovation. We saw that and he provided us with photographs and a lot of documentation about his experience which we verified and looked up - how other people talked about him as a home builder. We did that because, like a lot of these builders, the home market out there to put up a whole house is not that good yet, so a lot of them are doing additions. We had about six or seven different estimates; a lot of people had experience with doing a tool shed or garage or front porch, and we wanted somebody that was much better than that. And, like I said, we had a contract that spelled out everything down to the painting, the flooring, the bathrooms, and everything. So we had set aside a certain amount for additional things that popped up. And we had some things during construction that popped up, not by his fault but by the fact just the nature of trying to build this room between a house and the garage. So he was very good about the final, I guess you could say, overage of the original estimate; so it was very close, very good. And anything that we decided needed to be repainted or something that hadn't been plastered, his men immediately came out and took care of everything. If there was anything at all, they were here and did a nice side job, cleaning up the job after everything was finished.
