This company came out to my home over a week ago to quote me on a price for a generator installation. The technician took more than a week to actually call an give the quote and when he finally did is when he lost my business; He left a voicemail stating that he put my job " on the back burner "and I could give him a call back to receive the estimate. Why would you tell any customer that you have been purposely putting off there job for other reasons... Its a quote! I should not have waited this long for a response and then to be made to feel less than a priority is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone, because of its poor customer service.

He was awesome and under quoted price. I even asked him to look at a few other issues and he gave me easy fix suggestions but also said he would be glad to come out and fix them for me.

We have an older home with fuses. After noticing a burnt smell, we found the dryer had burned the fuse box. John from AML came in repaired the fuse box, check & found/repaired other outlets that shorted. Then gave us a price on upgraded to circuits. He came early and worked professionaly.

We appreciated the fact that they had all of the product to replace the outlets. He arrived in a timely manner and was finished in under an hour. He also listened to the fact that we had a "hot" outlet in the girls' room, which made me feel more comfortable for their safety in case of a fire. We also got a quote for future business to install recessed lights.

The electrician arrived at the appointed time and quickly addressed our problems. He was professional and polite. He also took the time after the work was completed to talk to me about some potential work I was considering involving the installation of a backup generator. I was pleasantly surprised when he talked me out of a more expensive option I was considering and provided me with a more affordable solution which will still meet my needs. I have not installed a generator as of yet, but when I do, I will contact AML Electrical to perform the work.

Electrical called to say he would be 20 minutes late. He arrived at the time he specified. He promply completed the work.He did an excellent job. We would call him for future electrical work.

Tech arrived within the timeframe given. Work was done professionally, and no problems were discovered in the box.

AML guy arrived within 48 hours of me first calling the company to get a price. He did a fantastic job- arriving a few minutes early and working efficiently. He was very courteous. I had to go to work shortly after he arrived. My wife was very pleased with his professionalism. He even let my 5 year old daughter "help" a little bit with the fan in her room. Very nice guy. When the work was finished, he ended up charging about $50 less than the estimate because "everything went faster than expected." We also got an estimate of $4,000 for doing all the wiring for our unfinished basement.

The gentleman was knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and provided the answers we were looking for. It was a very positive experience.
