They came out on Thursday for a estimate, today is Friday less than 24 hours and the job is complete. Every thing perfect! Wish I had called them first, awesome people!!

Mark called within minutes of my enquiry to arrange a day to view the work. He came the next day, looked at the job, explained it and gave us a quote there and then. Came to do the work a few days later, turning up when he said he would. Repair at this moment in time seems to have done the trick. Mark told us that if need be, to call him back out and further work to the repair would be free of charge. Win win situation.

MD Builders replaced the attic circulation vent on the side of my house, near the roof line. They sourced the replacement part and installed it very quickly & professionally. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. The price they quoted was significantly less than three other estimates I received. They did an excellent job and made several other suggestions for additional improvements to my property. I recommend this contractor without reservation.
