Description of Work: Inspect the roof and minor repairs and checked on leak over screened in porch. Must have missed an area because I now have another leak over the screened in porch. Gave estimate for repair of the leak but found better value so did not go with this provider. Felt like he did not really do a complete inspection of the roof. Used a coupon. Seemed to be knowledgeable about roofing.

Description of Work: Worst home repair EVER. We needed what seemed to be a minor flashing repair. Adam came out and gave us an estimate. When he returned and did the work, he reported that there were more serious installation problems with our sunroom roof and that the repairs would cost more than he had estimated. We agreed to have him replace the sunroom roof. The job was full of major issues: several wrong estimates, not showing up to do the work when promised, repeated unresponsiveness, and the worst--while they were working and our roof was exposed, it poured rain into our sunroom causing interior damage. Adam admitted that he was responsible for the interior damage and promised to fix it. We had to beg him to finish the job. Once he finished the roof, four days later we had major leaks during the heavy rains and later from the snow. It has taken 2 months to get Adam to finish this job. Now that it's done, we still have leaks in our sunroom. He never addressed the interior damage that he caused. Absolutely ridiculous experience.
