+ -1 moreOutstanding. Mr. Brown inspected the job site promptly after my initial call to the office. Workers showed up promptly on scheduled day ready to work. All workers were professional. All of the construction debris was cleaned and removed from the site. Best of all- roof is not leaking after the deluge we've had the past two weeks.
Description of Work: Our sunroom began leaking and showing signs of roof failure. Brown Brothers provided an initial estimate to replace roof, with the understanding additional costs may be incurred upon discovery of further issues. Low and behold, additional issues surfaced- the entire subroofing rotted, one large hole rotted through to the rafters, and all shingles had failed. Brown Brothers replaced all of the subroofing after inspecting the rafters for further rot, placed ice and rain shield, and reshingled the roof. All trash was discarded, save a few cigarette butts (hey, it's ok), and the trash was hauled off after completion of the job. All work was completed same-day. All workers (including the owner, Willie Brown), were polite, explained the work, and stayed busy.

+ 0 moreThey did the roof on the house years ago, and we called them back when we needed a repair. We didn't have any problems with the original roof, only after the storm damage. We are satisfied with the job they did, and would recommend their services. Would probably use them again.
