Services we offer

We take care of your boat, from start to finish!! We are an open yard, happy to help you do as much or as little as you want in working with your boat. We can do the repower, rig replacement, hull paint job, air conditioner install, or thruster install, or you can participate and do as much, or as little as you want.

Description of Work: Refit my boat: job was promised to be completed in 5 months but it took 12 months. Owner was very unresponsive and failed to advise as to cost over run which was twice the original estimate. Some of the work was satisfactory but much was very poorly done. I have now relocated to a different boatyard where I hope to have a better experience.

We regret Mr. [Member name removed] perception of his experience in our service yard. We worked hard to execute the original work as well as the addition of items periodically added during the project that extended its completion. We took steps to adjust the costs Mr. [Member name removed] incurred to ensure they aligned with the original estimate where estimates were given and were fair where estimates were not given. Now we are being asked to bear the cost of repairing a failed 35 year old transmission on which we did no work. We don’t hesitate to stand behind our work, but cannot fix what we didn’t work on. We have a team of individuals available by phone, e-mail or web site comment to respond to customers needs. Mr. [Member name removed] sent one e-mail to an individual who was out of office. We regret that individual was not in the office to respond, and encourage all our customers to use all the channels we make available to contact us.
