+ -1 moreI am a serious gardener and I had a Japanese maple plant which is very expensive. I showed him pictures of the damage to the plans. My Japanese maple plant did end up dying. It was a 5 year old plant. In my opinion, I feel like he should of made some sort of offer for the loss of the Japanese maple plant. I was on the list for a follow up appointment in 6 month for a window cleaning. I got an email from them with an invoice and they hadn’t even done the work or called me. Their machinery was on my grass in my backyard; the power washer dug in and tore up my grass leaving a muddy mess. They rinsed and cleaned their machinery on my grass causing a severe chemical burn which prohibits the grass from growing.
Description of Work: At the time it seemed to be fine, but upon further inspection, he caused a lot of damage on my property. They broke a faucet, a vent, and killed plant material on my property. He also caused damage to the brick work. He tried to remedy it but the attempt was pathetic but he did fix the vent. The plant material is still damaged 6 months.
