Description of Work: I first contacted the provider in October to schedule a repair to the counter they installed that developed a problem along one of the seams. It took an act of congress to get the manager to respond to calls and request to contact us. Awful customer service except for their receptionist. Ended up costing us $75 dollars just for the house call and they did not do a good job cleaning up after the half way repair.

Description of Work: The materials offered were very nice and well made. Ideas for design fine. the actual install went well, with a few set backs, but overall good. The lack of communication between the installer and management at shop was not good and communication between myself and management was not always good. Didn't follow thru as I would have expected and didn't clear certain things with me as customer before going forward with items on the job. In the end, the job was done well and I am pleased for the most part. Communication is my biggest complaint and follow-up is not an option. |

 + -1 moreI was amazed how diligently they worked to get the job completed. They arrived approximately 8:30 AM and finished before 2:00 PM. They installed the padding that goes under the tile, then placed the tile. They performed the work exactly as they described. When the flooring was finished, they cleaned up -- even taking all trash that was left over from the job. The floor is beautiful. This company also does granite countertops and we are currently considering enhancing the beauty of the floor by having the countertops installed in the future. I would greatly recommend this company. Employees are very courteous and polite. They do not waste time. Very professional!
Description of Work: We had linoleum flooring that was starting to crack and needed a good flooring solution that would look great and be economical. Mr. Ziegler recommended the Armstrong laminate flooring. It is very durable, attractive, easy to install, and is a floating floor that will not show up lines/cracks. We set the date and time for the tile to be installed. They arrived on time and began work immediately with no time wasted.
