+ -1 moreGreat! I couldn't have asked for a more understanding crew to be sent out. They helped me troubleshoot the problem even though it seemed to be a dormer problem and not an actual roof problem.
Description of Work: Sheets Roofing put my roof on a couple of years ago and did a fantastic job. I had what appeared to be a leak in my kitchen ceiling over the Christmas holiday and was frantic. I called Mr. Sheets the day after Christmas and he had a crew out at my house that very day to check it out. They went up into my attic and found water had come in in an area over the kitchen but couldn't tell exactly what was going on from up there. They scheduled coming back on Friday, the 28th because of pouring rain/freezing rain. They needed to get up onto the roof. They were back as promised. They found that I had some problems with a dormer. I have had a contractor repair the problem that they felt was causing the leak. I couldn't have asked for a more responsive company. It is very refreshing in this era. You just don't find that kind of service anymore.
