the plumbers that came were very professional and kind. however I paid the bill and still do not have it fixed. was told to replace. AND that may be the case but I was hoping they could fix it.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing was fantastic! They were patient and understanding. When we realized the issue was a simple error on my part, they fixed it and charged me nothing! I would use them before anyone else.

Had my pipes replaced under my kitchen sink. The technician, Vincent, was very polite and explained the process and what he used to connect the pipes. Would recommend to friends.

Don't know how their rates would have compared with others, but the name comes with a reputation to uphold and client confidence in the work. They contacted me within half an hour of entering my job request and were here the next day. The whole job entailed more work than I originally expected, which was why I wanted a professional who knew what they were doing. Quick, clean, professional work and very nice guys. Very satisfied with the job they did.
