Description of Work: basement.

Description of Work: Father and son came to home to assess central air unit and claimed that coolant was very low. They then placed approx 5 to 6 lbs of coolant into my unit. The next couiple of days, the house never cooled off and proceeded in getting warmer. called another company (Advanvced Technologies) who placed a couple of pounds of coolant in it in which my home began to cool instantly. I dont know if thier coolant was bad (if thats possible), never put any coolant in the system or just didnt know what they were doing. I now know that my unit will not hold that much coolant from thier visit and the other companies when added togather. The other company also dicovered that the circuit board was going bad and replaced it too. The Smith group was prompt, courtious and professional in thier approach and salesmanship, but work quality and job knowledge was severly lacking.

Description of Work: Greg came in and installed a new heatpump and electricl furnace, as well as new heat and cooling ducts throughout the home, Greg and his crew did an excellent job and was very professional. I would recommend him to anyone that needs work done. My son was doing the electrical work on this remodel and he assited in helping him with the proper electrical codes and pointing out any mistakes, and did this free of charge. He also helped me with the building inspector and purchasing all permits. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. Excellent work. Thank you Greg for all your help.
