We had to move a small organ with very little notice. Frank Ferguson called us back right away, met us there with a crew and moved the organ for us on the same day at a reasonable rate.

They moved all of our household furniture very carefully and quickly. Very responsive to instructions and most of all they all were very nice and professional!

I am related to the sales person that helped me. But I only talked with him on the phone and I picked up the merchandise at their warehouse. I didn't see him at all. But it was so efficient instead of Lowes where you have to wait for somebody to help you and you have to check out and wait for somebody there. Then you have to wait for somebody to get it loaded. When I went to Fergusons I went in, one guy waited on me, got the product, put it in the car, it was fast. I just called the order in, I told them what I wanted and he called the order in and I picked it up. It was excellent. Instead of going in the door they greeted me, he was busy and he said I'll be right with you and I thought that was nice. Sometimes you go in a store and they ignore you, wait on somebody else. I thought that was nice. I went back to get the garbage disposal the next day and he recognized me. I thought that was nice too.

I called to schedule a move for an afternoon and was asked to call back with my cell phone so Frank could call and let me know who was coming. I never received the return call, so I called the morning of the move and was asked why I hadn't called back the day before. He had forgotten what he had said to me. Bottom line, he had to call some guys to help me. He did get me a couple of guys who were very helpful, but a bit expensive for the short move.

Frank and his crew did the entire job in about 2 1/2 hours. I have a two bedroom home and a lot of boxes and furniture. They were fast, professional, never complained, and didn't damage anything. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
