+ -1 moreLike I stated before. I contacted them through angie's list. They came right away. They gave an assessment, and a 1st appointment. They came on time for appointment and went through everything. They took care of the problem, and they gave me a schedule for when they would come back. They said they were going to call and then send an appointment postcard. 1. i never got a call back, 2. I never seen or heard from them again.So overall it was disappointing to never hear from them again. Eveerything started out so good, service was good. Follow up not good at all and ruined all the good parts. Great company, sad follow up.
Description of Work: I was very excited when they first came. They were very professional and they took care of the problem, and they told me they would send a postcard for the next month visit, Which was for OCT but after the first visit I NEVER! heard from them again. This was the most disappointing part of the service because the service was good for a month but now I really needed them to come back.

+ -1 moreEverything went well. Even called back early to retreat problem areas - which is now free of bugs. Very professional and timely. Calls ahead to make appt!!!
Description of Work: We get service once every two months. House is 2 level home, approx. 2000 sqft plus basement They did a good job getting the ants and spiders under control after we moved in. The house had not been treated in over 2 years, so you can image how many different corners and cabinets had to be treated, including the attic & basement.
