All-Dri Basement Waterproofing

My sister called William and he came out, explained exactly what they do. He even had a photo album with pictures. He and his crew came out and performed the job very quickly and neat. Cleaned up after themselves. All the rain we've had lately and her floor is dry as a bone. Job well done. Thanks William, I will tell everyone who has a wet basement to call you.

This is the second time I have used All-Dri Waterproofing and I highly recommend them. After the visit to explain the needed work/estimate to correct a basement leak issue I was having, William and his crew arrived on the day/time scheduled and worked through the day to get the job done - didn't even take a lunch/dinner break in order to finish before a heavy rain that was to occur over night. The job took longer than anticipated because the basement concrete was very thick and difficult to get through but the guys stayed upbeat and took their time to get the job done right. The installation has taken care of the basement leak and William has checked with me after 3 very heavy rains to make sure there has been no problems! To me that speaks to the professionalism and integrity of William and his crew more than anything. I have no doubts that if a problem occurs they will come back to correct. Again, I highly recommend William Hall and All-Dri Waterproofing.

May we say Mr William Hall and his crew (Tracy and James) were very Courteous, Friendly, Patient, Knowledgeable and Professional. They answered all our questions, then went that extra mile above and beyond to show us exactly what they were going to do, so as not to leave any doubt in our minds. They were polite in talking with and around my wife and I, like they were talking to one of their own family members. The impression we got from them, while I watched them work was "They take PRIDE in their job and careful in doing the job correctly. They want to make sure their customers are very satisfied.
