Replaced parts once - charged ridiculous fee. It didn't - they came back and charged $70 for essentially doing nothing. The reason it didn't work is because they didn't flip a switch they need to the first time. I called the boss of the company and asked them to adjust the bill - he just hung up on me.
Description of Work: They repaired a heating system. This is for a rental property.

I have bever heard back from the company even though I personally spoke to people 4 times!
Description of Work: Nothing! I called 4 times for service on my heating/ac unit which was not functioning properly. It was installed by the owner and is still under warranty. I left all my information but never received a call back!
