AAA HEATING & AIR COND

It was not very good. We ran the unit until May 2005 and when we turned it on for air conditioning, we didn't have any. He said that his helper installed it and that his helper installed it incorrectly and when we used it, it was blowing heat and air simultaneously. He did not tell us at that time that it ruined the unit. We have since had to have it replaced. We would not do business with Mr. Hopkins and we would not recommend his business to anyone else because he knew what had happened. He didn't come into the house and check it to make sure it was done right and then we operated it for 5 months running like that. We ruined it but it was his mistake to begin with and he has done nothing to correct it. He has been back to the house twice since then and charged us an unreal amount of money. Then he told us that it was running wrong and it was installed incorrectly. The pricing was probably average. He responded pretty well but he didn't have any integrity.

He was very professional, very courteous and a very pleasant individual. He was willing to work with us on the payment, if we didn't have it all at that time.
