Jim is outstanding in customer service. He kept in touch and advised me of the status of the process every step of the way. The crew was fast, efficient and friendly. They cleaned up everything and were careful not to damage my shrubs etc. I met Jim's partner, Rob and he was just as nice and professional as Jim was. I even met their new guy Jacob and enjoyed chatting with him as well. They did a good job on doing the replacement of the garage in the house. They finished everything in one day. They were considerate of my sister-in-law's flowers. Rob and Jim were very helpful all along the way, from initial quote to close out. Both Jim and Rob were on the jobsite the day the roof went on to supervise and make sure everything went well. The roofing job was excellent and done in one day. We especially appreciated Rob going around to make sure all trash and nails were picked up afterwards. The price was reasonable and the materials and workmanship were great. Would use them again or recommend them to anyone.
