+ -1 moreCalled Lucas Paving over 2 weeks ago to get a price on paving the driveway of our new home, we are building in Cloverdale, VA. Our builder also called several times and had no response. If you are in business, you should return calls, even if you have to tell the customer you are too busy to help.

Description of Work: Paved a cap on my driveway. Did a good job. Only problem when calling months later to inquire on seal coating, which I was told should be done in April. I was told in April it would be May or June. Called several times end of June and early July. Would not return calls! The President finely did call. Scheduled for Sept.

+ -1 moreNew driveway really compliments the house. It only took one day and the results are wonderful. They even put a little curb down one side to prevent drainage issues. The sales rep was so nice and listened to everything I wanted and made recommendations. She responded immediately to my original call. I couldn't be more pleased with the results! The estimate was more than reasonable and included all the details. They cleaned up after themself and I certainly recommend this paving company to anybody looking for a professional reasonally-priced company to pave their driveway!
