+ -1 moreMy problem was a failure of the water pressure tank. I called Wyatt Mills because he is the brother-in-law of my chiropracter. When I called him I got no answer so I left a voice mail. After two days he had not returned my call, so I called his sister to see if she could get him to call back. He finally did call back after that but said he could not help me because he was too busy with larger jobs. I asked if he could recommend anyone else and he refused to do so. I consider his attitude to be totally unprofessional and would not call him to do any work in the future regardless of the size of the job.
Description of Work: He did not actually perform any services because he refused to even come out for the job. He said he was too busy with larger jobs and could not come out for a small job. He would not even suggest another plumber for me to call. I consider his attitude to be highly unprofessional.

+ 1 moreIt is worth noting that he is a Virginia Class A contractor and according to the phone book is a super guarantee. He is very trustworthy, does excellent work and gave me a bunch of options to choose from. His estimates are also free.
Description of Work: I have used him multiple times for plumbing and heating & cooling.
