Mr. Frazier showed up with his crew at the time discussed. He walked me through the services we had discussed when we first spoke and described what his crew would be doing. During the course of the service, the crew asked me a couple of questions about how far I wanted trees cut back, which I was thankful they did. They completed the service within about 4.5 hours. When completed, Mr. Frazier walked me through what they had done, making sure I was satisfied. The crew had replaced all the furniture and lights they moved to avoid possible damage. The yard was cleaned up better than before the service began. This is the second time I have used this company, and I have been pleased with the quality of the services provided each time.

Tim and his crew performed this challenging task in outstanding fashion. They arrived on time and exercised great care in removing the tree, ensuring they didn't damage the house or surrounding shrubbery in the process. They ground the stump to a depth of 12 inches and carefully leveled the affected work area. Finally, they thoroughly cleaned up the work site leaving it in better condition than they found it. We have engaged numerous different tree service companies in the past because we live at the edge of the forest. The service was good. The staff was just fine. He works along side the people that work for him. They were very prompt.

I've used Tim W. Frazier Tree Service before and I've always been satisfied with his work. He comes out when he's supposed to, weather permitting and does the job in a timely manner. He gets in and gets out and he does a good job. He's removed some trees for me before. His prices are fair and reasonable. He is not expensive.

Tim is a fine professional. He has a wonderful repoire with his working crew and their respect of him is obvious. Work was done on time within budget and done very well. We were exceptionally pleased with the whole operation.

Called the provider based on a neighbor's experience and recommendation. Left message and received a call back within a couple of days and spoke to the proprietor. He said he would come out and examine the job I described and get back to me. Never heard from him again. Not a good way to make a first impression.

This is probably the third time we've had Tim and his crew come to do tree work on our property. He's at the top of our list when we need tree work and the only name we refer to our friends and neighbors. When he's not up in a tree working, he answers his own phone and if not, he usually calls back within a day or two to schedule an estimate. He shows up when he says he will and gives an honest assessment of what needs to be accomplished. If a tree doesn't pose any danger to people or property, he'll straight up advise you not to waste your money. His prices are very reasonable for the work he performs. He's a surgical master when it comes to trees. Rather than removing entire trees and upcharging, he'll simply remove branches that are causing a lean and preserve the tree. If you can be home when he's working, it's worth the price of the work just to see him setting up drop lines and safety lines in surrounding trees and then climbing to dizzying positions to start limbing each tree. He and his crew are a well-oiled machine and when they're done, you can't even tell they've been there except for the branches that were removed. Once you use Tim, you'll never even consider using the guys who troll the neighborhood drumming up work.

We have been using Tim Frazier's Tree Service for a number of years for all of our tree work. Whenever he comes out to check the issue I've called him for, he always examines the other trees on our lot for disease, damage and growth patterns. His crew is professional, quiet and courteous. They are careful to remove trees and large branches without damaging any surrounding plants, and they meticulously clean up every scrap of debris. I would never use anyone else.

Tim and his crew were great. As soon as they showed, Tim explained the process for both trees and got right to work. My backyard looks like a backyard now instead of stepping into a rainforest! I was referred to Tim and his company and will definitely refer others to him as well.

I got Tim's tree service as a reference from a friend. Tim came out to my home and gave me and estimate which given the work was very fair. The crew and Tim were great, Tim took time to go over everything the company would do before performing work. The guys climbing the trees were unbelievably careful and not one branch, small or large, ever hit the house or shed and they had to cut down some very tall trees. Highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for someone who knows their trees and will take the time to tell you what you are dealing with and what can happen if you don't deal with it. In the end the decision was left up to us and we were not pushed to do anything we didn't want. Tim never made us feel like it was "now or never", very informative, the guys were very courteous, clean cut, very respectful and obviously cared about what they were doing. I really appreciated the effort they put forth to ensure my house was not damaged with the stump grinding or cutting up of the wood. The guys never assumed anything and would confirm which trees and make suggestions as to how to trim up and lift trees away from the house. Couldnt ask for a nicer bunch of guys!! You would think they were taking care of their parent's home!

Mr. Frazier and his team quickly removed the tree, neatly stacked the firewood portions and piled the chips on a tarp right beside the area I plan to spread them. The team did such a good cleanup job that I cannot even tell that a tree had once stood in that spot! Also, Mr. Frazier kindly attached a tarp over the damaqed section of the roof so no water from summer storms would do further damage before roof repairs can be made. I noticed that several other bits of branches and brush not related to the storm tree were also picked up and chipped - bonus! Where we live, it's not always an easy matter to get reliable service at the home site. Mr. Frazier made this stressful event of a tree on our roof much easier to bear.

Tim, came by the end of November to look at the trees and we scheduled the work for December 18, 2009. The day prior I received a call from him, to confirm the appointment and arrival time. He arrived the next day around 9:00AM and throughout the day several large trees were cut, removed and several were pruned. The crew disposed of everything and finished up by 2:30PM. Tim's company was introduced to me by word of mouth in 2007. His company has been serving our neighborhood and street for many many years. He is reliable, affordable, honest and direct and will tell you which tree will need to go, which one will just need some pruning or which one is just fine. My concern was to take care of any dead trees and branches that can hit the house at windy days. Since December I have forwarded his name and number to several friends that were looking for a good tree service company. All have had the same experience as I had.

Tim Frazier gave me an estimate and worked with me over several weeks fine-tuning the job we wanted done. When we made our decision, he scheduled us for a couple of weeks out. On the day they were to do the work, they showed up as scheduled. They cut the bamboo, dug out the roots (mostly with heavy machinery), hauled it all away, put in top soil, seeded and straw so grass will fill in the area, and built up and mulched one new planting bed. There was a misunderstanding about whether a chain link fence was to be removed to access more of the bamboo -- I thought this had clearly been part of the deal -- but Tim made it right by doing that work on the spot. I'm not confident that they dug out every single bit of bamboo roots (particularly where digging had to be by hand), because they did the work so quickly. But time will tell. It looks great for now...
