We purchased two deals for tile floors @ $750 each. Jose did two bathrooms for us and we were delighted with the results. He and his team were professional, punctual and polite. They were very careful to minimize dust and debris as they moved materials through the house. The job started and finished exactly on time. We will contact him again when we replace our kitchen floor.

When we contacted Mr Sosa for an estimate, he was punctual on arriving to evaluate the work to be done. When he thought he was going to be late, he called to say the traffic was heavier than he thought, he still arrived on time. He wanted to start the work that weekend, but we had contacted other contractors for estimates. We chose Mr. Sosa, primarily for price and the quality of his work as shown in pictures on his web site. We bought the tile and grout and Mr. Sosa arrived on the following Friday to begin. The tile work was completely done by 4:00 and had to sit overnight to set. He arrived back at 8:00 am on Saturday to grout and left again for it to dry. Upon his return at 1:00, he moved everything back into the laundry room and 1/2 bath and was gone by 4:00.

Mr. Sosa did a beautiful job in our bathroom. He repaired the sub-flooring, installed new ceramic tile floor and replaced vanity top and faucet. Superb workmanship, very professional. Recommend without reservation.

We just can't say enough good things about Jose and his company. He was by far the best contractor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Jose is a true professional, and did the most beautiful job with the tile (shower and floor), he really is an artist. The installation was perfect, and the bathroom looks amazing. Jose was fast, honest, fair, professional, polite and respectful of my home and my family, clean and neat while working, and highly skilled at bathroom renovation (especially tile). Jose responded right away to my request for an estimate, and we told him we needed the job done quickly because we were expecting out of town guests. He started the job within a few days, and completed the whole thing in less than a week. (I couldn't believe how fast he was). He showed great care to protect/cover my furniture and floors. He always arrived on time. He kept all of the work areas neat and clean. And, did I mention that the tile was installed perfectly?, as was the vanity, granite countertop, vessel sink and new faucet. We thought his price was fair and reasonable, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. This is a company that honestly cares about doing a good job, and knows how to do it right. From the beginning, we knew we had found the right contractor, and are so happy we discovered Jose. We will be asking him to do our next bathroom remodel, and would highly recommend this company.

Mr. Sosa was very pleasant and patient. However, we were surprised that the scope of work covered by this coupon offer was so narrow. We did go to the bathroom and tile stores to survey what the "extras" would cost. The total expense would be a lot more than we expected and we have decided that we prefer not to go through with this remodel work at this time. Thank you, Debbie Seret

After obtaining four estimates to retile our kitchen floor, which another contractor had been stringing us along on for three weeks, we selected Sosa Ceramic Tile. Mr. Sosa's bid was significantly less than the other estimates, he was willing to do the project over the weekend since we wanted to complete it as soon as possible, and offered what my research indicated was a good plan to address the problem we had with the existing tile floor developing hairline cracks in many different places over the years. Mr. Sosa and his crew showed up on time and were all exceptionally polite and considerate. They worked efficiently and deligently all day Saturday to remove the old tile, place the cement backerboard, and lay the tile. After quiting at 1800 Mr. Sosa was back at 0945 Sunday morning to grout the tile floor and begin replacing the floor boards, edging, and trim. He finished up Monday with all the detailing. I was very satisfied with the price, the timeliness of the work, the quality of the work, and the professional demeanor and work ethic of Mr. Sosa and his crew. While I cannot vouch for a more elaborate remodeling project, I would absolutely recommend them for any floor, shower, or backsplash tiling project.

Jose came out quickly to do an estimate and followed up by scheduling to do the work within a week after we decided to have it done. He showed up on time and called ahead so we could situate the dogs. We were happy with the work done, especially with how quickly it was done--within the weekend. We bought the tile ourselves, and compared to other contractors, Jose offered a reasonable credit that actually covered the cost of the tile.

Jose and his team are very efficient and work hard to make sure everything is done correctly and professionally and looks great, too. They arrive on time, and get right to work. At the end of each day, they clean up and even vacuum! I was home part of the time they were working and they were polite, thoughtful and pleasant to have in my house. I will not hesitate to have them do additional work for me.

As stated earlier, the shower deal seems great but it looks like you will pay a lot more if you deviate from the original offer.

As I stated on March 6, 2014, Jose truly is a gem. When he removed my old white plastic/vinyl/fiberglass type shower and replaced it with porcelain tiles, I knew I would want him to tile the floors. Jose's "can do" attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail all show through his work. We had already discussed what I needed to do to the floors, so when I called him to come back, he was ready! As he was removing the carpet and carpet padding from the floor in the dressing area, Jose noticed vinyl covering the subfloor underneath the padding in one corner. He immediately brought it to my attention. I asked him to remove the vinyl, as I was curious to see why it was there. To my dismay, there was a huge area of mold and mildew on the wood subfloor! It appeared water from the hall bathroom flowed underneath the wall, across the stairwell, and into the dressing area of the master bed/bathroom. I was totally shocked and disgusted. I have been in the home for 5 years. I remodeled the hall bathroom 3 years ago. I had no idea there was a water issue between the walls. But that's what you get when you buy an older home that has not been given the proper TLC. Nonetheless, Jose did not fret. I asked him if he could remove that area and repair the subfloor, as I did not want that crud underneath my new tiled floors. Further, I did not know what, if any, health issues it might cause...that it hasn't already caused. Jose politely agreed to make the repair with his "can do" attitude, and he quoted me a very fair price for the additional work. After completing the demolition, Jose and his colleague immediately went to the store to purchase the items needed for the subfloor. When they returned, they commenced to make the repair and prepped the floor for the new tiles. Upon completion, my bathroom and dressing area floors look like they belong in an upscale hotel. I have yet to replace the dressing area vanity and sink. But when the whole area is done, it will truly be my oasis. I can foresee being tardy everyday, as I attempt to pry myself away from my master suite. Because of Jose and Sosa Ceramic Tile, I will look forward to going home at the end of each day after a grueling commute from Washington, DC. Thank You, Jose!! I appreciate you.

After purchasing the deal through Angie's List, I called Jose to arrange a survey of the job. Jose was at my home within 2 hours! He was very polite and he had a "can do" attitude. I wanted a niche in the wall, which was not part of the deal. But because I provided my own tiles and grout (which were part of the deal), Jose did not charge me extra. And he was very flexible to minor adjustments that I made throughout the job. Jose and his colleague promptly arrived at my home each day, and they ensured to clean the job site before leaving each evening. Jose is a skilled craftsman who takes pride in his work and pays attention to detail. Thus, he did not rush through the job. When it appeared he was not going to complete the job in the time promised, he let me know well in advance so that I could make arrangements to be home. Jose is a well-mannered young man. I am delighted that he was able to do my shower renovation. I will definitely use Sosa Ceramic Tile again for future jobs. And I have requested an estimate for Jose to tile my bathroom floor in the near future.

We had just moved into our new house and decided to rent out our old house. Less than a week before our tenants were slated to move in I discovered that I had water damage in our master bedroom shower. Essentially I had to redo the shower. Since I had already had replaced the vanity, sinks, and toilet and had just had it repainted the month before I decided to replace all the tile. Even though it was a holiday weekend the first Angies list provided I contacted agreed to meet me on President's Day in the evening. Surprisingly he was a no show. No calls, nothing. When I left a message for him still nothing. On Tuesday morning I contacted Jose at Sosa Ceramic Tile. He agreed to meet me that evening despite being at another job fairly far away. I needed more than the Angies list shower redo they had on the big deal page, plus my house was not in a location eligible for the offer. Jose showed up on time, and we discussed the work I wanted to have done. We agreed on a price and I told him that I wanted the job done quickly since my tenants were moving in. He emailed me a bid description later that night, and told me he could start on Friday. He and his crew also worked all day on Saturday, took Sunday off, and then finished the job over three days the next week. We talked everyday, he was flexible on my minor adjustments, and they cleaned up everyday before they went home. Jose takes great pride in his work and the job turned out great. This is the kind of company you want working on your home.

Jose was prompt and began the job shortly after we purchased the "Big Deal" for our shower. When Jose came out to survey the job, we asked for an estimate to tile the floor--which we accepted. We also had him and his crew do some plumbing in the shower and repair some damage to the sub-floor. They removed the old baseboard and installed new baseboard, caulking it perfectly. They are very good carpenters! The shower and floor look great. Each day they were conscientious about cleaning up before leaving for the day. We are very happy with the quality of the work performed and would highly recommend Sosa Ceramic.

Went great, Jose is a hard worker with an excellent attention to detail. I could count on Jose to be on time and ready to begin work every morning. I observed Jose actively working alongside and reviewing the work of other workers, always ensuring that the work met his standards and teaching his employees the small things that make his work top notch.

Jose was on time, removed the old floor, tiled under my appliances, and finished on schedule. He was neat and did an excellent job. I will use him again.

Project went well - much faster and nicer than I had hoped. Jose listened to my concerns and really worked with me. Our floors had some unevenness to them, which was rectified properly. He gave me the opportunity to fix some squeaky spots, adjusted to last minute changes (such as leaving open a electrical outlet which the previous owners hid in the floor. Yes, it was live!). Everything came out well. Despite also not having perfect 90 degree turns, each section of tile looks proper and square. Very happy with the results.

Our basement floor was covered in carpet and the fireplace was brick that was 25 years old. Sosa tile came in and tore it all out and replace the floors and fireplace with tile. He was prompt, and courteous and completed on schedule and within budget. He cleaned up after himself and tidy the workspace every day. He has a positive attitude and is an extremely hard worker. His craftsmanship and professionalism is excellent. We decided to hire him to completely gut all three of our bathrooms and to resurface the floors and walls with tile.
