Left a total mess!!! My fish pond is now full of branches and wood chips, probably will kill my fish. Garden decorations laid around helter skelter. They took my rake and left water bottles on the yard. Unprofessional. Don't hire these people! The only thing they cleaned was the drive way. I had asked that the tree trunks be cut into fireplace size logs and said where they were to be left. They didn't leave them in the right place. Logs are way too large for any home fireplace. I'll have to cut them myself after I invest in an axe. I've been pulling branches and bark out of the fish tank all morning. Idiots!

They cut the tree in two parts. the first part they dropped the tree between two trees - pinpoint accuracy. After both sections were down they cut the tree into 18-24 inch sections. They returned the following day to grind the stump. They removed all branches that were too small to be used for firewood. The only thing that was left were the log segments, which I opted to move myself. They offered to move a stack the logs for an additional fee which I declined. They raked the sawdust/chips back into the landscape that had been previously mulched. There was no sawdust/chips left in the grass. Wood chips were created when the tree stump was ground. Courteous and highly professional. Watching them take down the tree was like watching a ballet - precise, deliberate action.

This company was going door to door in our neighborhood hunting for work. We should have known better, but we agreed to pay them $200 to remove the limbs from a tree that overhangs our driveway, getting pine needles and sap all over our car. We were very specific with them that this was the purpose for the trim and to be sure to cut back the limbs to the driveway's edge. They failed to cut the very uppermost branches all the way back, resulting in newly cut limbs over our car, dripping sap all over it! Both my husband and I have repeatedly called as the son (in Settle and Son) who did the work promised to come back out if anything was amiss. The son has not returned ANY of our calls. I have caught the father on the phone twice; the first time he promised it would be taken care of by week's end. Two weeks later, nada. I have called again and he has promised to get it taken care of this week. So far, nothing. We will see...
