+ -1 moreA piece of soffit fell from the roof. The fallen piece contained insect paths as well as the husk of an unknown insect. I took the piece to the Permatreat dealer and was told that my problem was dry rot. I went ahead with the so-called termite prevention treatment, but am still in the dark as to what sort of insect problem was - and possibly still is - involved. I doubt that I would use this service again, but rather would seek out someone who could explain precisely and convincingly what was or is the problem.

They let us know that they wouldn't be able to treat inside until the baby is about 10 months old; that was a good thing to know. They treated outside in the yard and put out traps at all the entrances. They did all they could given our situation.
Description of Work: We used Perma Treat Pest Control to do an initial treatment.

+ -1 moreThey were very knowledgeable and had a fair price. The technician was very nice but he forgot to spray the garage. I had to call twice to get them to return. I think it was a internal communication error, I will use them again.
