My Roofer did excellent work and I am completely satisfied with the results. The only reason that I did not give five stars is I had to initiate contact a few times when I was expecting them to contact me. That being said, the work was done on the day they promised and they fairly adjusted the work and price after finding more damage under the old roofing than expect. I highly recommend them and I would use them again.

My Roofer gave me a great deal. i feel like the owner really worked hard to work with me on keeping my cost down. really nice guys, great quality work. I really feel like they cared as much as i did about the look and feel of my house. the owner Todd had lots of good ideas, which he shared. over all replacing my roof was kind of a fun experience with these guys. not a headache.

Replaced three vent boots. On time and excellent work. A bit more expensive though than the competition.

I have hired My Roofer for roofing projects on both of my houses. The staff is flexible, friendly and reliable. On all of my projects, My Roofer has taken the time to assess the roof problems with me, explain the materials they are going to use, and then go over what they fixed afterwords. It gives me piece of mind to know that the job is done right. I would recommend My Roofer.

My Roofer was amazing! Did great work in a timely manner. Came exactly when they said they were going to come and performed the work exactly as they estimated. They cleaned up before they left -- were very professional - very pleased.

Was not the cheapest but was the most professional. Did great work in a timely manner. They cleaned everything up before they left. Down to the last nail. My dad always said if you want to save money do it right the first time. The builder of my house did not do it right. I am confident with my roofer I just saved lots of money and headaches in the long run.

Arrived early for the estimat phase. Much appreciated Arrived early on "do the job morning." Very much appreciated. Was very responsive to my emails. Price was a little high but reasonable for the situation.

The work was completed on time. The work performed was in line with the request and done very neatly. The representative was very polite and knowledgeable.

Our home had never been professionally power washed in 20 yrs. The gutters were completely gray! We were very surprised that they came back to a sparkling white, and the whole house turned out beautifully. We were very happy with the owner, Todd Shaffer, and his workers. All were very professional and courteous. Gutter guards were also installed. They did a terrific job. We cannot say enough to explain how pleased we are with this company. We feel they were reasonably priced for all they did.

Finally, after 4 years of frustration and wasted money, I finally found a company that guarantees their work and completely eliminated my mold issues. They were timely, professional and worth every penny. Noe so there are no surprises, I averaged many hundreds of dollars annually for water. This team actually treated my mold and mildew problems on the brick and the siding with a biodegradable wash and guaranteed their work for 5 years. Are you kidding? Outstanding and I am glad I used this company. It was less expensive than the hundreds I wasted each year - not to mention cleaner. Great work. Haymarket VA

Todd, the owner, was easy to work with, respectful, and really knew his business. The foreman and crew that worked on our house were professional, on time, clean and did their job well, picking up everything each day before they left. They went above and beyond the basics- while putting on the siding around the windows, they realized that previous workmen had done shoddy work. The foreman showed me and then, with my ok, they quickly and carefully removed and reset the windows, then continued with the siding. They touched up some paint while on the roof for me that I couldn't reach and never complained. I highly recommend My Roofer, LLC. A++

Exceptional service and quality work. This project involved a whole house washing and application of no maintenance metal wrapping of two bays, front portico, garage door frame, and basement french door entrance. My Roofer provided a comprehensive solution to my deteriorating wooden portico roof, moulding and fence that was well-tested and proven during Hurricane Sandy. Each part of this project used expert craftsman as needed without additional cost. Although not the lowest bid of three, My Roofer was prompt, attentive and thorough in conducting and completing this work. I highly recommend Todd Schaffer's team for exterior repairs.

They called before I got off my computer,Made the apointement for estimate.Next day they showed up on time.He said it would be with in a week.Nex day we were out shopping,came home I noticed the job was complete.What can I say,EXELENT service.

they did a great job with the work. The first experience with the estimator was excellent. The price seemed fair. The problem is that they never told me why it took so long to do the work, and they haven't yet contacted me to get payment for the job. It has been a couple weeks and the haven't called to tell me how to pay them. In short - great work - poor communications.
