Great local company with an owner who is personally involved. A little slow to respond and difficult to communicate with at time but I chalk that up to a busy owner with a lot of work and a desire to manage things himself. Admirable traits. Just be patient if you have a hard time getting a response. The work and personal attention was worth it once we got everything scheduled.

Great work; owner does most of the work and uses laborers for heavy lifting. Dependable and neat!

Todd was wonderful to deal with. He made an appointment with me for the day after I had put in my request. He called to tell me he was running late the day of the appointment. Eight minutes late and he apologized for that. I was impressed with how professional and polite he was. The estimate was lower then expected and the work was done in a timely manner with no problems. Great company!

Mr.Shaffer of My Roofer was excellent. he promptly returned my call, came out the next day, explained what was causing the leak, and gave an estimate that was the amount I paid. The work was done when promised the following week and the workers were excellent. Mr. Shaffer did a great job matching new shingles with the old. You can hardly tell the roof has been repaired. Clean up was excellent no trash or nails left on the ground. I thought there was a problem and the roof had not been fixed. I called Mr. Shaffer and he came out within an hour. He checked the roof and showed me that the what I thought was a leak was the old ceiling stain that first indicated a problem. I have checked the roof several times after heavy rain and snow and there is no problem. I highly recommend My Roofer and would use them if another problem occurs.

I gave a 5 rating based on the work performed; however, my rating could change if the work performed didn't fix the roof leaks and that I won't be able to observe until it rains. Additionally, Todd did explain that if the roof continues to leak the company will return and readdress the issue.

We had an active leak - it was raining in our dining room. In December. We need a repair and we needed it badly. We tried three other companies before we found Todd. They each wanted to sell us a new roof. Each of them sent somebody around with a tape measure and none of them actually went up on the roof or came into the house. I would recommend My Roofer LLC to anyone. Todd Shaffer, proprietor of My Roofer LLC was the first to call me back after my initial request for asphalt shingle repair through HomeAdvisor.com. After his inspection of my roof, Todd showed me cell-phone video photographs of all the problem areas of my roof and also recommended preemptive repairs to my plumbing venting pipes flashing/boots and rust protection for my metal chimney. Todd offered me a competitive quote and a 5-year warranty on his work and a contract.....which is actually a rare guarantee for a roof repair job.

Todd not only inspected my roof but also went on the internet to show me a reference for the proper installation of roofing by the manufacture. He spent time explaining every detail about how to install roofing material properly. He was very patient and took the time to answer all my concerns. Again thanks to Todd I am very happy with the outcome of his inspection.

Work included skylight installation and some chimney siding replacement. Both appear very well done. Two plywood sheets also replaced minimal charge. Tear off & shingle replacement very professional. Pricing very reasonable (lower by 1/3 than highest bid) and measurement/inspection precise. Clean-up was good. Overall outstanding experience.

I wish he would had told me on the phone that his minimal service call was $350. I would have sought other options. I thought the job was in the 100 - 125 range (nail/screw a gutter back on a 2d story single family). We agreed on a price, 175 and he completed the work in about 20 minutes. no problem w/the quality of work (3 weeks now)

Absolutely wonderful! Great company, great people, great work. Roof replacement and underlying repair finished in 1 day. Also new gutters. Set up appointment and received reminder calls, showed up on time, and got a call after completion to see if I was satisfied and make sure nothing needed attention or addressed. Clean up like they were never here. Completely satisfied!! Would totally recommend without hesitation!!!!!!

I hired MyRoofer for my roof repair and found them to be very reliable (work completed on-time), knowledgeable (knew what my problem was after short discussion), and very competent staff (workers did a commendable job including clean-up).

I needed some siding replaced and the owner came out on a Sunday and gave me an estimate and by Tuesday morning the owner was at my house doing the repair. I was very pleased with the customer service and work completed. I highly recommend this company.

Repair came with a promised five year warranty on the work. Siding has since blown off again, and I have contacted them about a warranty claim. Was promised estimator visit last week, but he did not show up at the appropriate time, and company has not responded to followup attempts at contact as of yet.

Came on time, cleaned up after work.
