My Roofer, LLC

They didn't complete the job on the day we agree to. I lost my insurance because of it. They also didn't do all the work. When i call they said it couldn't be fixed whole side needed to be replaced. Then i did it myself in 2 min.

They came to my house, knowing that the repair was minor. They offfered us viable solutions for the present problem and for future upgrades. They showed up for the job on time and completed it to our satisfaction. They are good, honest, and competent people to deal with.

Todd came over to give us the estimate and was very personal and friendly. We ended up talking for about 45 minutes after the fact. The work was quick and his contractor took pictures for Todd to show us when we paid him. Work was excellent! I would definitely use My Roofer, LLC in the future!

My roofer was showed up on time. Did his assessment - made his recommendations - we had a contract in less than 30 minutes. This contract included a discount because my next door neighbor was going to have his gutters replaced also. They promised to have the job completed by Friday - and it was. I would totally recommend them to others. I'm a satisfied customer.

After 4 quotes, My Roofer, LLC (Todd) was not the absolute lowest price but he was the first one to gain my confidence and trust by accurately diagnosing the problem and recommending the most efficient "fix". Todd was clearly the most experienced and knowledgeable of the roofing contractors I spoke with. Customer service, presentation and professionalism were the best of all...and they were one of the few that guaranteed the quality of their work. In fact, they proved it. When one of my gutters was dinged by a ladder, they replaced it. It was a challenging job, but was done perfectly and cleanly. Very satisfied.
