After our new home was built, we asked Matt if he could custom build a shed to match the house, and he was able to do so for a fabulous building. We got a 16'x20' completely floored, framed and with windows shed that matches the look of our home exactly. Same vinyl siding, same shingles, split A-gabled roof line and more. Interior walls were 8', with regular 16" centers, so was able to install insulation and sheetrock. Matt used doubled joists that could be also be used as support for extra storage. Rafters were 2x8, as used in a home! Double barn doors and ramp allow easy access for 54" John Deere and still move around. Price was considerably less than a similar sized shed available from big boxed stores that don't have the features! Matt is great and provides great workmanship, takes pride in his work.

He's kind of hard to get a hold of sometimes.

From initialrequest for quote to completion took a little over 2 weeks; but this was also over Christmas and New Years holidayperiod, had to wait for some materials to be delivered. All custom construction, excellent work. Matt used same style siding as on our home and shingles. Also used same front decorative tiling. Matt did excellent work, would highly recommend! When doing initial site work, he lined up southern wall of shed to align with northern side of garage wall in case we later install a fence it will be straight. He looks for small details like this that will be importnat later.

Matt was punctual,courteous, his crew was very professional and kept the work area clean . He even hauled some debris away that was not related to the job at no extra charge. He was very thoughtful of noise, because I have two small children. The estimate I got was much lower than any other business by more than half .. he worked with me on payment and kept in great communication. I will definitely be using him again soon to put siding and windows on my house.

Called to have an estimate provided for closing off our open foyer with a floor so the upstairs was a workable space. Matt was on time and friendly. However, he never came past the entrance and never asked to go upstairs to view the area. He also took no measurements. This surprised me a lot, assuming measurements for materials etc would be needed. He did provide his estimate in a timely manner, and the price was excellent and well below any other estimate we had received. We decided not to go with this business due to the lack of information that was taken during the estimate visit, as this made us wary.
