+ -1 moreHe signed a contract that said he would remove the old fence, dispose of the debris, and put in a new fence. He's been dodging us for over now, and his ph# contacts were not his own. The county financial crimes division is in charge of the case. This guy swindled us out of 5000.00-6000.00.
Description of Work: This guy Wayne, signed a contract to remove the old fence, which he did, but didn't remove the debris and he dug a few postholes and left. When we complained, he came back occasionally and dug a hole or two and then would leave again. Eventually he just never came back.
