+ -1 moreAfter 12 months and over 30 calls and emails, I gave up on their ever ordering the towel rack. I just ordered it directly online from Moen with no problems. Fergusons took up a great deal of my time. In addition, an employee of Fergusons did a backdoor deal with Westco, selling us a hottub that Westco installed and claiming it was from Fergusons. We kept asking Fergusons and Westco for the warranty and paperwork. After the hottub was installed--about a year later!--the manager finally told us that it had been a separate deal. We had to have a separate plumber come in and adjust all the plumbing hardware, as well as to install the soap dish.
Description of Work: We purchased hardware for four bathrooms and a kitchen, as well as a hot tub, as part of a house being built by Westco Builders for us on our land. We later ordered an additional towel rack and soap dish.
