Dynamic Heating and Cooling

The Technicians arrived on time removed my old oil furnace and installed the new furnace in less than a day. They left the work area completely clean, furnace worked flawlessly all winter. Very happy with the job.

Refused to repair my AC unit, stating a "bandaid" was $5000, but that the entire system needed to be replaced for $11K. Despite refusing to replace the capacitor, which I knew was the issue, charged me an $85 trip fee. The next day I had an honest company come out and replace the capacitor for $200, and the AC has continued to work for a year since then.

Part of now twice yearly maintenance agreement. Just excellent. Timely communication, clear who is coming. In this case it was the owner who likes to periodically talk with customers. Just thorough, complete work. Highly recommend

Josh was excellent, explaining the process how he determined what was causing the issue. Very professional, knowledgeable, wonderful customer skills, and reasonably priced. Because of his service and professionalism, I established a service plan for Josh to perform maintenance twice yearly.

Very good experience. He actually took the time to tell me what was wrong and the reason my fan had stopped. The capacitor had went bad and it caused the fan motor to burn up. I highly recommend this company. We will definitely be using them in the future.
