Don Winland - Network Realty Group Agent

We had stumbled across Don by being interested in a house that he had listed and unfortunately that house was no long available. Unlike some realtors that I had run into in the beginning stages of looking for a house Don took it one step further than just telling me that the house was not available and asked if he could assist me with anything else. We had not established a realtor yet and decided to give him a try. His schedule was very flexible with ours and it only took a couple times of looking at houses before we had found the one. We were buying a short sale which can be a long and tedious process but Don did a great job at keeping the process moving and keeping us informed of all developments. He is also extremely knowledgeable about the entire process, from start to finish. I would definitely use Don again when we move next. I actually recommended him to my mom who is currently working with him to sell her home!

He is very knowledgable about short sales and really listened to what we needed. We only went looking for houses 3 times and he picked up on the style we liked and our discussions on how the house was divided into rooms and called us later on saying that he found a house he thought we would like. He walked us through the contractual process and got us a really good deal. It's been several years but we will definitely use him again when we are ready to move.
