Call John Dexter first! He's the real deal--a genuine master plumber! Professional in every sense. John will be my first call for all of our future plumbing needs. Thanks to John and Christy, his office manager / scheduler, for such excellent service including a reasonable estimate and assistance with paperwork to upgrade our gas meter. John replaced our failing water heater with tankless recirculating water heater. His estimate was 50% less than other estimates. John arrived on time; began work immediately and completed on-time with minimal disruption of water and heat. My father was a journeyman pipefitter / welder. I've not seen such meticulous, precise steel / PVC pipefitting as John demonstrated while installing our new water heater. He's been in this business for ~40 years and his impressive experience is worth every penny of the reasonable cost of this job.

I just finished a remodel that should have taken six months but took over a year. I had several bad contractors by I found an excellent plumber to fix my well. They were professional and addressed all of my questions I had before and after the install. The well was filled with red clay dirt, so I had red water and staining in my toilet. John from Dexter Wells and Plumbing said a sleeve would solve my problem. My mother passed away and I didnâ t know how old and how deep the well was, which is a problem when you want to add a sleeve. They worked all day in the hot September sun to figure out the depth of the well. They figured it out and now, I have clear water. Iâ m so happy I found Dexter Wells and Plumbing, and John was the best. Finally, I found someone that cared and took pride in their work. I canâ t thank you enough.

Came within 2 hours of the call for an emergency well pump repair. Very knowledgeable and also fixed other leaks we had. Highly recommended.

Everything was done on time and on budget. Very professional installer; used show covers and covered work area with drop cloth. Installation looks is professional as well with cabling wired/routed properly and devices mounted horizontal. Would hire them for our next plumbing project as well.

Extremely satisfied with price, installation, attentiveness to my custom requests. Could not beat their price anywhere even though I solicited 5 separate bids. Others would have charged me thousands more for a less efficient unit! Real nice to have the owner, John, be there for me during the whole process, and Christi, the glue that keeps that company together as she manages overall day to day operations. Another great selling point was that they offered extended parts and labor warranty over the manufacturer warranty. Couldn't be happier!

Great customer service from the minute someone answered the phone. I was listened to and all of my questioned were answered. I got a call back and had an appointment scheduled the same day. The technician (the owner) and his assistant were fast and understood what they were doing. Very nice gentlemen also. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if needed.

Dexter Wells is very professional and experienced. They came quickly to replace our water heater even though the water softener had not arrived yet so that we would not be without hot water. Highly recommended.

I have been trying for 10+years to get my well fixed with many different companies and none of them were able to do anything to improve it. We had Dexter come out and they did such an amazing job and now my water is absolutely crystal clear. I thought I was going to need a new well so at first I asked if they did well drilling and they said no but then they called me back minutes later and said that they may be able to do something to fix my existing well, so they came out and evaluated without any cost and they were able to fix it and now its like a brand new well.
