I was very pleased with the whole experience. Talking to Chrissy on the phone was great. She was super helpful and scheduled me for the next day (which was a Sunday!) John arrived earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise because we had to turn the gas off completely and couldn’t run the heat on a cold November night. John worked efficiently and explained to us what he had to do. He quoted us before he started the job which I liked very much. Very affordable and great work overall. Hopefully we don’t need anything in the near future but if we do John and Dexter Wells will be the first company we call!! Thanks again.

Excellent work at fixing a kitchen sink faucet; then he went above and beyond by giving me maintenance tips on keeping the hot water heater working well and explaining that sink traps need to have water in them occasionally so they do not dry out. Wonderful

The amount of work done and the price he charged seemed unrealistic. This is a my very first plumber hire. The "jokes" on how much plumber's charge isn't funny anymore. He did a very good job replacing the closet flange for the toilet I installed is solid, however he left trash behind from the parts he provided. Also there is no way to easily attach plastic white caps over the provided mounting bolts from his personal parts collection.

John is a straight shooter looking out for what needs to be done rather than trying to sell something nice, but far from necessary. He's knowledgeable, experienced as a master plumber and a great resource.

Vendor was very professional and pleasant. Completed the job in short order. I would definitely use again.

I sent an inquiry through Home Advisor Tuesday night and was called back within minutes, this was after 7 pm. Not only did I get a call Tuesday evening, but they were at our house the next day to see the unit and they fixed the same day. It was a stress to have no water, but knowing that they were going to be there within 24 hours took the worry away.

I never give out 5's but he has earned it. He is always on time, he's there when he says he will be, and he's a consummate professional. He knows what he's doing, and his quotes are very accurate. I just can't speak highly enough about him. I would highly recommend him.
