BUD WOODWARD ROOFING DECKING

Description of Work: Please be advised that Mr. Woodward is not licensed, certified, or registered under a board or program with this Department. Regardless, Bud Woodward and crew replaced my roof with 30-yr shingles, as my house was in the process of being rented.Shortly after the house being rented, and a heavy rain storm, my roof leaked and my renters did not say or do anything. During this time, my family and I moved overseas to continue my work at the US Embassy for 3-yr tour. When we returned back in the USA, I noticed there were signs of water leak in the living room and dining room ceiling. By then the renters have vacated, and we contacted Bud Woodward to correct the leak problem. Apparently, the problem came from the two dormers, and Bud could not repair the problem. Bud Woodward is either unprofessional; therefore, had decided there was no money in it, and did not fix the leak problems. I had to hire a professional contractor to fix the leak problems. The bottom line is, DO NOT hire Bud Woodward, as he is unlicensed, not certified or registered to do any work in or around your house.
