Description of Work: Two upholstered chairs cleaned and wall-to-wall carpet cleaned in two rooms.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet upstairs 3 bedrooms and hallway stairs. Cleaned carpet downstairs family room, study, hallway, and stairs. Cleaned to area rugs, couch, and chair. They did a great job.

Description of Work: AAA Custom care responded to a basement flooding problem that I had during a recent rain storm. They came back every few hours to check the progress of the drying out process and completed the work in a very professional manner. They are a 7x24 company and can be counted on for any emergency or even just cleaning carpets and/or furniture both of which I have had them do. I highly recommend their services.

Description of Work: Due to the extreme rains our basement flooded. Called AAA and even though they were swamped with earlier calls promised to get to me ASAP. They were able to come out a few hours later and perform a kind of emergency water removal and set up drying fans. They promised to check back later but couldn't fix a time due to the dozens of flood calls. After a 14 hour non-stop work day they came back to assess the results and did a final mold prevention treatment etc. These folks are totally responsive and put the Customers emergency as a top priority. This is the second time I've used them in a few years. Highly recommend this team !

Description of Work: Called AAA Custom Care, LLC to inquire about price - getting 2 bedrooms cleaned and deoderized. They promptly scheduled me in for the very next day, which was great! Carpeted rooms were thoroughly cleaned, groomed and deoderized - Very satisfied with results!

Description of Work: We had a basement flood because of a faulty downspout not draining properly.

Description of Work: Had a water leak which soaked my carpets down in my finished basement. I called AAA Customer Care and asked if they could come out right away. They were there within the hour and started he service which entailed sucking up the water, professionally pulling up the carpet so dry air could be blown to speed up the drying of the carpet and applying an anti-fungus treatment.
