+ -1 moreI asked for an estimate on a paving job for my driveway. The initial estimate went well. When I asked for a written formal proposal that's when everything went bad. After two weeks from the request I had nothing. When I text Neil again he said he would work on it the next day. One week later I had nothing. When I text Neil again I told him to forget about it. Neil stated it was probably "on my Ipad and ready to send(?)". His text stated that they had been working night and day for UVA. I talked with Neil later that day and he switched his story that he was in the Tampa hospital for two weeks. Was tired of the unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism. If this is their business model I'm sure their workmanship follows suit. Terrible customer service.

+ -1 moreI worked with Nick at Virginia Asphalt Services VAS on the ripout and replacement of a 30 year old asphalt driveway. I was very pleased with the outcome. Nick's crew had great attention to detail and the job was delivered as promised and done extremely well. I had 2 other bids, and I'm very glad I went with VAS.

+ -1 moreThey prepared it and laid down the asphalt. I spent a little over $10000. They seemed to be very responsive, they seemed to know what they were doing and it seems to be just fine.
