Nice guy! Appreciate how quickly he could come & fix our patch. It s so expensive to fix carpet damage these days, that s why I love hardwood. But my husband said it was reasonable.

Roy responded immediately to my initial query and stuck to the estimate he gave me on hearing what I needed done. He patched the carpet where my dog had scratched loose the pile and you can't see the seam (other than the slight color difference). He was the ONLY repair person who bothered to respond; while here he gave me an estimate on kitchen flooring. He is reasonable and responsive. Someone who is willing to do small jobs is a blessing.

Roy arrived when he said he would. He gave us an estimate and said he could start right now. He did a great job patching the carpet and stretching. The job was completed fast and efficient. Expert job. His price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him and definitely hire him again.
