+ -1 moreOnce the service tech arrived he diagnosed the problem within minutes! Even though he didn't have the part needed on his truck he was able to get the the frig' defrosted and working long enough for the part to arrive. The repair took less time than the initial visit and the firg' is working like new.
Description of Work: The frig' stopped defrosting and had basically stopped working.

Description of Work: Jon responded to my request for help with a washing machine that was "walking," knocking and extremely loud with any size load and water amount. He assessed the machine, corrected the level, and instructed me on proper load sizes. Machine now works perfectly saving me the cost of a new machine. Jon has been in business for himself for 15 years and gets almost all of his customers by word-of-mouth from other satisfied customers. He is completely knowledgable about all types and ages of washers and is very professional as well as friendly.I highly recommend his company. He uses a flat rate charging system which for me is a great money-saver .
