Even though, we had problems with VA Carolina Buildings, Inc. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. Mr. Bidgood explained that he was having an and quot;employee resourceand quot; problem with the original person that was sent. Evidently, he did not know that the guy wasn't showing up to work because he had taken another job. As soon as Mr. Bidgood sent the new team up here, he was made aware of the condition of the building, the lack of materials, and the timeline to completion. It was all corrected and attended to immediatly. Within days, we were so relieved to see some progress. Mr. Bidgood called me multiple times during the week to ensure that the new crew was making progress on our building to our satisfaction. He has been so professional and so interested in putting the final touches towards making amends to a bad situation. Both, my husband and I agree that he has met our building contract head-on and with a and quot;southern gentleman'sand quot; demeanor. Mr. Bidgood has contacted another Contractor to put the final grading on the surrounding ground of our building. That final grading should be accomplished by the end of this week.
