Excellent workmanship and customer service. If you have a mystery leak... Shinault's is the company to call. They specialize in Slate, metal, traditional shingles as well as general repairs.

Mr Shinault also installed new gutters around my home. Shinault Repair Services completed the work to perfection! He was swift, professional and courteous! If your looking for someone with knowledge and know how, I would highly recommend using him!

+ -1 moreDonnie is extremely punctual, exceedingly helpful and polite. I have used him for many other projects, from roofing to decking as well as interior work. He shows up on time, has a great attitude and gets the job done. He never complains if I change my mind and make adjustments in the middle of the project - he just rolls with it - which is great for me, because I have been known to figure out what I want as I am going along! Anyway - he moved all my furntiure and took down my wall in one day and disposed of all the waste. He had his electrician and plasterer in within a couple of days and as soon as everyone was done the painter was in. The room looks great! II am waiting on the floor refinishing to be complete and Donnie will be back to replace the furniture. I highly recommend Donnie and his team.They will go anywhere in the area to work and they are dependable, skilled and the cost is extremely reasonable
Description of Work: Removed a non-loadbearing wall from my den to open it up to the rest of the house. Had to lower a celing in the adjoining hall to match the den. Patched wall board and finished plaster. Moved Cable outlet to another wall. Ran Cat 5 cable to hook up computer. Installed an outlet in the floor. Painted ceiling, walls, radiator covers and trim.
