 + 0 moreEverything went as expected. The contractor was able to get to our job quickly and he did not only the electrical portion but also ran some ductwork as well (not a difficult job but saved us from getting yet another contractor.
Description of Work: Performed all work as promised. Gave pointers for other non-electrical/hvac work. Recommended a very good drywall contractor who we ended up using.

 + 0 moreHad to make several attempts to reach Randall but am glad we finally made contact. He was very professional and helpful with advice (even helped me find a very good drywall man - our else I'd still be covered in drywall dust!). Randall is very experienced and knows what he is doing. We were very comfortable with him and his work. He didn't disturb us - just did his work and let us know when he arrived and when he left. We are very pleased and are impressed with how our project is turning out.
Description of Work: Had half of our basement wired plus had heat duct work completed to heat the rooms we created.

 + -1 moreRandy Dill is absolutely wonderful. He showed up right away, he has been available when we called him and he has met with us many times which has meant he has had to go out of his way because he doesn't live close. He has been very accommodating. He has gone through the entire house and asked what we specifically wanted. He is much more reasonably priced than other quotes we got. He was very courteous and prompt, when he says he will be there he is there. I would absolutely use him in the future and refer him to anyone.
