We had our house and garage roof replaced by Timothy‘s home improvement due to tornado damage in April 2016. He used odd shaped shingles on bottom of our touret—looks awful. He left a 24” piece of felt hanging off the front of the roof, I asked him to remove it before he left the job and he told me it would blow off and then left. It stayed on the house for 15 months flopping in the wind before it finally blew off. He broke the rain gutter clip, now it leaks. We told him about it— he blew us off. Our roof starting leaking about 7 months ago, we called him several times and sent him video of it—he repeatedly blew us off. Now today my roof is blowing off and after only being on since 2016. My shingles are coming off—-nice work, NOT!!! It is going to rain on Tuesday and you can see the plywood on my roof. I called him again today, as always have not heard back from him and don’t expect too. Beyond disgusted😡 I have health issues and due to this NIGHTMARE have been having chest pains—I am absolutely sick over this!!!

I have to find another contractor to fix the now escalated problem. When my tenant had initially called to complain about a leak in the roof, I did a quick search for roofing contractors in the area, and when he responded promptly, I assumed (wrongly) his professionalism. He came earlier than I had told him to, before the tenant's daughter had woken up, he filled the nail holes with putty to "fix the leak" which has now extended from a minor leak in the closet to a more major leak that has expanded to the master bathroom, and when I called him after my tenant was extremely upset with the still leaking roof, he came earlier than I told him to (again) before the tenants were home, left before they came back without repairing the roof, and has yet to return my calls. I will not be hiring him again, I will be contacting the Virginia Board of Contractors to complain, and I will steer all clientele away from his business.

o replace entire roof on home. The show up a 4:30 am no shirts all tatted up loud as they could be. Threw tools everywhere and trash all over my yard and neighbors yard. Threw there garbage away in my recycling I had to fish garbage out of it. Nail literally left every where. And I had just planted flowers in my obvious flower bed and they just threw there tool boxes on them crushing my flowers used my kids inflatable swimming pool to cool off in. Never again. They can't return phone calls. As soon as they get money all the respect goes out the window they r located in colonial heights VA

Arrived to repair roof leaks, inspected the exterior roof and not the interior side May 2014. The roof still leaks. Contacted the company multiple times to fix the leak. He stated he mt have missed an area. He has yet to return. Now I have to find someelse to finish the job he started. He applied this goo to the roof shingles stated it had a warranty and now still won't return my calls. His cell phone still works because he accidently called me while his phone was in his pocket.
