Story Plumbing charges 2 to 3 times the cost of other quality plumbers in the area that ARE on time and finish the job in a visit versus multiple visits over several weeks. Always late and phoning in to provide another date and time to complete the job after you've adjusted your schedule. Ended up using another plumber to finish the job and saved $375!

I think this company was excellent. I use them often for different jobs around my home. Just recently I used them to unclog the sewer line because it was backing up. After they left I had no problems with it at all. They also installed a kitchen sink in my home. I think they did a great job with that as well.
Description of Work: I had them install a new kitchen sink and also unclog the stockade in the sewer line.

The service from this guy was displeasing. He did his work too fast and was always in a hurry. He was not very dependable and it took three weeks to do his work and even then I had to hire someone else to come in and do the work the right way. They used to have good service until the dad retired and the son took over the business.
Description of Work: I had my bathtub re-done and some pipes in the bathroom fixed.
