I've had several contractors and this was the most professional and best quality contractor I've had working in my house.

+ 0 moreThey estimated the work over the phone without seeing the cabinet. Their time and money estimate were incorrect but they handled all of it. They did not ask for more money but we offered when we saw the time and quality workmanship. We paid them what they should have estimated the work to be.
Description of Work: They installed a floor to ceiling pantry cabinet in our kitchen. It was a much bigger job than they expected but they installed the cabinet well.

+ 3 moreIt went smoothly and Riverside Builders finished the job in time and on budget. When I had a few little issues after we moved in ( like doors not shutting) or a small leak around the chimney, Charles Felts addressed it and had the problem fixed within the week. I know that if I needed to have any concerns addressed, Charles has been easy to reach and more than willing to fix it.
Description of Work: I interviewed several contractors before renovating my 1956 rancher. It needed to be gutted and I needed a new deck put on the back. My husband and I decided to use Charles Felts as our General contractor. The project needed to be completed in six months. The crews came in and gutted the interior, built an aluminum deck with an A line roof in the middle . I chose an aluminum deck so it would not need maintenance and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. The deck was large 83 x 20 and included four skylights and two fans under the roof. The kitchen was gutted, bedroom wall eliminated and a new garage was put on the front that two large cars could park. A new master bedroom and bath was added and all the bathrooms were redone. A media room was put in the basement and new floors and ceiling with lights was put in. In the end, I had a home that would show like a dream home in any magazine.
